If your license includes Seat Reassignment, you can share your available seats with colleagues in Abstract ID within the Licenses page.
Each colleague receives a block of seats and activates their own machines against it, so they can use the software without needing a separate license.
Navigate to the Licenses page and select an active license from your license table.
Under Seat assignments, the seat budget shows how many seats you have assigned and how many are left for your own machines.
You can only assign seats that are still available and not yet activated.
An email confirming the assignment will be sent to all designated seat users.
Anyone who already has seats assigned is skipped. To return to entering one address at a time, click Add one at a time.
Seats you take back return to your seat budget right away after saving.
If an issue arises where you're unable to resolve the issue yourself, please issue a Support ticket within Abstract ID.
