Provided you are evaluating InstaLOD or have an InstaLOD license that is eligible for enterprise-level support, it is possible that you will be contacted by our senior support team with a request for a sample file. Sample files allow our support engineers to inspect the file and try to recreate the issue.
Providing our support team with data directly helps the team pinpoint the cause of any issues quickly and provides you with the best possible support experience.
Note: Files that are uploaded to the InstaLOD servers are stored securely and can only be accessed by our support engineers.
To upload a file, log into your InstaLOD Licence Management Web App and navigate to the Technical Support
area located in the sidebar menu.
Click the Add
button at the top to create a ticket.
Fill out the ticket information, then click the Attach File
button to select files to upload.
Files as large as 2 GB can be uploaded at a time. Any files that are larger than this threshold need to be broken down into multiple .ZIP files and be uploaded separately.
