Remeshing typically combines multiple meshes into a single one. To preserve each individual mesh after the reconstruction process, Distinct Construction can be used.
It enables InstaLOD to reconstruct meshes separately using a single material that has its UVs packed onto a single square.

When Distinct Construction is enabled, the additional feature Adaptive Resolution becomes available. It allows InstaLOD to automatically determine the best remesh Resolution for each individual part instead of using the resolution set in the Surface Construction settings for all meshes. The size of each mesh in relation to the biggest mesh is considered when reconstructing the input geometries.

The final mesh shows that separate parts e.g. knobs are still individually selectable
Objects that are remeshed using Distinct Construction share the same UV-space, textures, and material.
To Remesh multiple objects separately and create new materials and textures for each mesh, disable Global Scope in the Profile Settings.
